Monica Douglas, candidate for the 39th District in the PA State House applauded the decision in Heller vs. DC. “This landmark case has affirmed our constitutional right of self defense,” stated Douglas. Douglas said, “The Supreme Court’s decision has validated the protections guaranteed to individuals by the 2nd Amendment to the United States Constitution.”

I applaud you Monica for your courage and strength in support of Second amendment rights. It is a relief to see a candidate that feels the way that the majority of Pennsylvanians do. Unfortunately your opponent appears to be to the contrary. I wish you the best of luck and wish that I still lived in Elizabeth so that I could vote for you. sincerely Brian Johnson
